We try to keep the information we collect about you to a minimum. When signing up for a new account we ask you for contact details such as your name, address, phone number and email address. These details are coolected from you with your consent.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
Your details are collected for internal use and we do not currently provide these details to any external organisations. If we intend to do this at any point in the future we will contact you to ask for your consent.

We like to keep all of your details up-to-date so that we can provide efficient support and so that we can keep you informed of important information about ourselves. You can help us do this by logging in to your account and updating them if they are out of date.

Our site uses sessions to keep track of users that log-in to our support area so that we can ensure that information about user accounts is only available to those that have logged in with the correct password. Cookies are for this purpose and this purpose only. We do not keep any personal or sensitive information in cookies on your PC. You will only be able to log in to our support section if you keep cookies enabled on your browser.
We also analyse log files for market research purposes to see how popular our site is and which parts can be improved. We use the same statistics software that we provide to our customers and it does not allow us to track individual users, only our users as a whole.
