What will we need to provide The more material you can supply to us, the happier you are likely to be with the finished result. We will ask you for any logos, printed materials and brand guidelines you can supply to ensure that we keep tightly to your brand How will people find my website Despite the fact that your website is available to over a billion people on the internet, the truth is that nobody will know it`s there unless you tell them. Why do I need web hosting To make your website available to the general public you need to "host" your website on a server which is connected to the internet 24/7. We will host your website for you and ensure that it is always available to your customers. My ISP offers free hosting, why should I pay for it Many companies offer free web hosting but there is no such thing as a free lunch. They may put ads on your site or offer you support via a premium rate phone line, either way they will make their money back somehow. We offer fast, business quality web hosting packages with free telephone support. Basically, you get what you pay for! How much control do I have over my webspace You have full control of your webspace by using any FTP program. There are many free FTP programs on the web and our support section contains easy instructions on how to do this. What domain names can I choose You can choose any domain name that ends in .com, .co.uk, .org, .net, .org.uk or .info and is not currently taken.
